Take 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Prepare 1 cup Fresh milk
Prepare 11/2 teaspoon Vanilla flavour
Instructions to make Red Velvet and chocolate cake:
For the red velvet
Mix sugar,oil and butter untill fluffy,put egg and mix again
In a separate bowl, seive the flour and mix with the cocoa powder,add the baking powder and baking soda to the flour,
Dilute the colour into the butter milk and keep aside
Then add part of the flour mixture to the butter mixture, then add part of the butter milk too gradually untill done
Let the flavour be the last ingredient you add
Pre heat oven, put the mixture in a ten inch pan and bake.
For the chocolate cake
Mix all the wet ingredients separately and whisk untill fluffy
Mix the dry ingredients separate
Then put the dry ingredients gradually into the butter mixture and mix
Add your flavour and bake in a 280° pre heat oven.
Then roundly cut each red velvet and chocolate cake into 2 and arrange then frost with butter cream
Then serve
