  5. Pour the batter over the banana and caramel layer, and bake for about 40 minutes (it might take a little more or less time depending on your oven) or until fully cooked through.
  6. Allow it to cool for about  10 minutes, then invert it carefully on a platter.
  7. Allow it to cool for another 30 minutes, then slice and serve! If you slice it too soon without cooling it first, it might fall apart easily.
