Then in a separate bowl crack in the two eggs add sugar and beat using a mixer for 2 minutes until creamy (you can also use a whisker),add in d oil and vanilla extract and mix again then add the red color and mix then add in half of the dry ingredients and half of the buttermilk mix it then add the remaining dry ingredients and buttermilk and mix for 1 minute
Pour in your mixture to the desired shape and bake in a preheated oven of 350F for 30-35 minutes.I baked mine using 6 inch cake pan
