Steps to make Coffee Mirror Cake:
  1. Firstly beat the sugar and oil until it gets fluffy and mix all the dry ingredients gradually. Add milk until you get a smooth batter. Pour the mixture and bake for 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven.

  3. Now unmould your cake and rest for complete cooling and whipped the cream for 8 to 10 minutes.

To make the buttercream, mix the butter, vanilla, milk, and powdered sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer. Once the cakes are baked and cooled, place one cake on a turntable. If you don't have one, you can use a plate. Cut out a cake board in a heart shape to put the cake on. Place the cake onto a small cup or cake pan and place that inside a larger pan to capture the mirror glaze that goes over the sides of the cake to use on other cakes.
