  3. wrap the dough With plastic flim. let it prove for 30 minutes in room temperature
  4. divide the dough into 3 equal pieces, shape it and let It sit for another 40 minutes.
  5. preheat Oven at 200°C put in the bread let it cook for 30 minutes
