  7. For the dough, sieve the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the butter and mix to get a crumpy texture. Gradual mix in milk and water. Mix to get a firm ball. Cover the mixture and allow to stand for 30-40mins.
  8. Knead the dough, cut out the desired shape, and the fillings and seal the edge with egg. Rub the egg over the top of the filled dough.
  9. Put in the oven and bake.
