  20. Prepare 1/4 tin water - use coconut milk tin
  21. Get 1 tbspn salt
  22. Take Fresh green veggies - I pre cooked fine green beans and tenderstem broccoli before adding them to the curry at the end. Any green veg will do

  24. Prepare 1 spring onion chopped small
  25. Take 1 large red chilli for garnish
  26. Prepare 1 handful coriander
  27. Prepare Lime wedge
  28. Prepare Serve with Jasmin rice
