  4. Dust working surface with flour and roll dough into two separate large sheets, grease baking dish and place one sheet on the dish and trim the egdes
  5. Spread the filling all over
  6. Then top with the cheese
  7. Place the other sheet on top and press firm the edges.
  8. Preheat oven for couple of minutes and bake on moderate heat for 30 min.
