Instructions to make Milk scones:
  1. Mix all the starter ingredients in a saucepan and beat with a whisk until all the lumps are dissolved.

  7. You will know when it's done when dough is not sticking on the bowl. Also if you pock the dough with your finger it begins to rise back.
  8. Cover the dough with cling film and allow it to rest for 30 minutes to an hour. The dough will have risen.
  9. Make 8-10 small balls of the dough and place them on a greased plate
  10. Leave it to rest for at least 30 minutes.
  11. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius
  12. After the dough has rested, brush the rolls with egg wash and put some sesame seeds on top.
  13. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. You know they are done when you insert a tooth pick and it comes out clean. Ensure you place some water in the oven so that the scones can retain some moisture.
  14. Allow cooling on the baking tin for 10 minutes
