  7. Cut the dough into various shapes (I like to make them triangular or roll them up), and bake them at 395ºF for 12 minutes

Freezing the scones before baking will ensure the butter is cold which is what creates the airy pockets within the scones. This recipe is not only WAY less expensive, it truly was fluffy perfection!
