  4. Roll out into 1inch thickness and cut into your desired shape, i cut mine round. Arrange on the baking tray and egg wash or milk wash and bake at 180d for 20mins or until well browned.
  5. Cool them on a wire rack and serve with milk,, tea or juice.

The best scones I've ever had! Remove to a wire rack to cool. Whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Dip the cooled scones in the glaze, allowing the excess to drip off, or drizzle the glaze over top of the scones. Easy to make Vanilla Scones are the perfect way to start the day!
