  1. Take thick base pan for making kheer,when is hot add ghee than add washed and 10 minutes soaked rice saute 2 minutes than add half milk of half litre,
  2. Cook with medium flame with continuously move,after rice cooked add dryfruits and cardamom powder stir continuous,
  3. Than add sugar and condensed milk stir continuously,turn off the flame,
  4. Garnish with dryfruits,serve hot or cool,both are yummy
