  7. Off the gas once the milk thickens and the rice is fully cooked..let it cool
  8. Now add the main ingredient that's the rose water..it gives a nice taste and aroma to the phirni.
  9. .garnish with pistachios..Refrigerate and serve cool ๐Ÿ˜Ž
