  1. Boil potatoes & cut into cubes
  2. Cut the onion and pepper & paneer into chunky pieces add all to a large oven tray
  3. In the blender add coriander the mint spices oil yogurt water and blitz
  4. Pour over the veg and paneer gently cover everything
  5. Cook in the oven for 20 mins at 180
  6. Serve hot as starter or as side dish for mains
  7. After making and eating this dish I’d definitely make it again but instead of boiled potatoes I’d used tinned potatoes as they keep there shape more but of course this is optional
