  4. In a bowl mix chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes,red bell pepper, capsicum, parsley.
  5. Add eggs, black pepper,salt and beat it properly.
  6. Add grated mozzarella cheese.
  7. Grease vigorously muffin tray with butter.
  8. Fill muffin tray with pasta but don't overloaded.
  9. Now pour 2-3 tbsp of egg mixture in every cup,add a dallop of butter each cup for extra flavour.
  10. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C, now bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  11. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
