  1. Sift the flour and cocoa powder together. And add in the yeast, sugar and salt, whisk together to combine.
  2. Make a well in the middle and add in the egg, Coconut milk and vanilla. Mix well to form a dough.
  3. Transfer onto a clean floured surface and knead, add the butter now.
  4. Knees for 5 mins more until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  5. Place into a bowl, cover and allow to rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Combine the Sugar and cinnamon together.
  7. Once the dough has doubled in size, deflate with your fists and roll out on a floured surface.
  8. Brush with butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
  9. Roll it up to form a log and cut out small 15 rolls.
  10. Arrange on a baking tray or pan greased with butter or aligned with parchment paper, leaving small spaces in-between each for it to rise again.
  11. Cover and place in a warm place for an hour more.
  12. Bake in a preheated over for 20-30mins. Brush with leftover butter once out of the oven and serve.
