Dough preparations:
Warm milk in a pot on the stove. Not boiling.
Stir in the honey into the milk till dissolved.
Sprinkle the yeast on the milk mixture, do not stir. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 160’C.

Note: you can make the icing mixture double for more icing glaze and sweetness. Or serve with cream cheese frosting for less sweeter taste.
