The ingredients needed to make Egg Paratha:
  1. Take 3 Eggs
  2. Take 1 Onion
  3. Get 1 green chillies
  4. Take 3 Garlic Cloves
  5. Prepare 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  6. Prepare 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  7. Take to taste Black Salt
  8. Make ready 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder

Steps to make Egg Paratha:
  1. Chop onion, green chilli and garlic cloves into fine pieces.
  2. Break eggs and put them in the bowl.
  3. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 Tsp black salt, 1 Tsp black pepper powder. Whisk everything. (Can add the spices together or separately). Whisk everything.
  4. Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder. Whisk again.
  5. Make medium size balls from the dough. Roll out Paratha. Put it in pan.
  6. Flip it. Put 1 Tsp Egg mixture on the it.
  7. Flip it again. Put 1 Tsp egg mixture on the other side.
