Ceviche is one of the most favored of current trending meals on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. Ceviche is something which I’ve loved my whole life. They’re fine and they look wonderful.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have ceviche using 14 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Ceviche:
  1. Take Potato
  2. Take 1 Sweet potato
  3. Make ready 1 cinnamon stick
  4. Make ready 5-10 cloves
  5. Get 1 tbsp sugar
  6. Prepare Ceviche
  7. Prepare 200 g fish e.g cod
  8. Make ready 2 limes
  9. Take 1 onion
  10. Take 1/2 red Chilli (adjust depending on heat preferences)
  11. Take 1 tsp ginger (crushed or chopped)
  12. Make ready 1 clove garlic (crushed or chopped)
  13. Get to taste Coriander, salt and pepper
  14. Make ready Condensed milk- if too acidic
Instructions to make Ceviche:
  1. Peel the sweet potato and cut into chunks
  2. Boil the sweet potato chunks in a pan with the cinnamon, cloves and sugar until tender then leave to side (approx 25 minutes)
  3. Cut the fish into 10p pieces
  4. Mix the fish with the juice of the limes, the chopped onion and the other ingredients
  5. Leave to ‘cook’ in the acid for 10 minutes
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add some condensed milk if acid is too strong
  7. Serve with the sweet potato and some corn
