  3. On another pan stir fry the shredded beef with onion,oil, seasoning and spices of your choice. Add the remaining chopped veggies keep stirring and finally add the chopped broccoli florets. Your beef sauce is ready. Garnish and serve in your choice… Your low cab meal is ready. #healthy and #tasty😋

Pulse until it reaches the texture of rice or couscous - do not over process. Transfer to a large bowl and repeat with the remaining cauliflower. Place the cauliflower on a large sheet pan. Toss by hand to make sure all the cauliflower florets are well-coated with the olive oil and spices. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok.
