Preheat the oil in a pot. Throw in your diced onion, green onion, and tomato and leave it to steam for about a minute or two. Add the stock and season with salt if necessary, cover it up and leave to come to a rolling boil.

  2. Add oil, onions scotch bonnet fry and add the carrot and green beans seasoning cubes salt. Add water and allow to boil then add the cous cous
  3. For the sauce add onions oil, scotch bonnet and fry then add the baked beans. Serve hot.

Season with black pepper, paprika, curry powder, add the blended sauce and leave to cook for another one to two minutes.
