  1. In a pan, Add vegetable oil then your couscous, fry for about 4-5minutes then add your scotch bonnet & pepper paste.
  2. Keep on stirring in other to prevent it from burning, Add seasoning, soy sauce and spices. Add desired amount of water and then add chopped onions,green pepper, green beans and carrots
  3. Allow to cook for atleast 5minutes on low heat. Bon appetite ❤️

Once the water has boiled, add the cous cous, and immediately remove from the heat. This twist on fried rice has quickly become an often requested dish in our house! Easy to fix and freeze, this makes for a tasty lunch or side dish for dinner. For the couscous: In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken broth and salt to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the couscous.
