Prepare for dough
Make ready potatoes
Get maida
Get salt
Take black pepper
Make ready for sauce
Take tomatoes
Prepare garlic clove
Prepare onion
Get paprika
Take oregano

Make ready chilli sauce
Instructions to make Gnochhi:
Wash, and boil potatoes. Remove and peel skin. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mash until no lumps.
Sprinkle flour onto clean surface. Spread potatoes onto the surface. Add 1 cup flour, and knead into smooth dough.
When dough is formed, cut into equal parts. Take one part, roll into long cylinder of 1 inch thickness.
Cut 1 inch pieces by a knife.
Take a fork. Flip it over to the backside. Take one of the small pieces of dough, and gently roll over the backside of the fork. Do this until all gnochhi is formed.
Bring water to a boil in a pan. Add salt. As water is boiling, add gnochhi to it. Gnochhi will be done when it swells and floats to top.
Add cut tomatoes, chopped garlic, chopped onion, and spices to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Heat oil in a pan. Add blended sauce. Add in salt, oregano, soya sauce, chilli sauce and cook for one minute.
Add gnochhi directly to sauce. Coat and cook for 1 minute.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
