  1. Prepare 4 vine ripe tomoatoes
  2. Take Cilantro
  3. Prepare 1/4 sweet onion

Instructions to make Chad's salsa:
  1. Boil tomatoes until skin is falling off
  2. Medium dice tomatoes
  3. Medium dice onions
  4. Chop cilantro
  5. Grill each type of chili independently until softened and lightly blackened
  6. Deseed and destem California chilis after grilling
  7. Destem Arbol chilis
  8. Slightly breakup chilis into blender and barely cover with water (let marinade)
  9. When tomatoes are done place in an ice bath
  10. After tomatoes have cooled place into blender with water and chilis. Blend lightly
  11. Add ingredients from blender into mixing bowl and add onions and desired amount of cilantro
  12. Let rst uncovered in refrigerator for 30 minutes…then enjoy
