Dhaba Style Kaju Paneer Masala is a rich, creamy, and finger-licking recipe. This is not a spicy gravy. This can be accompanied by Indian bread like naan, roti, kulcha, etc. This gravy is super easy to prepare with the available ingredients in the pantry.

Instructions to make Kaju and paneer curry:
  1. Firstly, roast the cashew and paneer in ghee till they turn golden brown.
  2. Transfer to a plate, and keep aside.
  3. Prepare the tomato onion paste by heating a tsp of oil.
  4. Add in 1 onion and saute well.
  5. Additionally, add pieces of ginger and garlic saute further.
  6. Also add 3 large tomato and saute till the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
  7. Allow the mixture to cool completely, and later transfer to a blender.
  8. Blend to smooth paste without adding any extra water. keep aside.
  9. The same kadai heat a of oil and add  jeera, cinnamon stick and bay leaf. saute till they turn aromatic.
  10. Further add onion and saute well.
  11. Add in prepared tomato onion paste and saute till the paste thickens.
  12. Keeping the flame on low, add turmeric, red chilli powder, Garam Masala, kitchen king, paneer masala, coriander powder and salt.
  13. Saute on low flame for a minute.
  14. Now add water, kasuri methi and cream.
  15. Stir continuously till the cream completely combines well.
  16. Further add roasted cashews and paneer and stir well.
  17. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or till the gravy thickens slightly.
  18. Kaju and paneer curry is ready to be served
