  1. Heat ghee or oil on a heavy saucepan. Once hot add in the shallow and fry till translucent. Add in the ginger and garlic and fry again till fragrant
  2. Add in the tomatoes, green chillies, garam masala, turmeric, and a little bit of water. Cook till oil separates
  3. Add in the spinach, paneer, salt and lemon juice. Stir gently to mix and let cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Blanch the spinach in hot water for three minutes or until wilted. Drain into a colander and run cold water over it until cool. Slowly stir in heavy cream, and heat through on low heat.
