  3. Add olive oil to pan on medium heat add garlic, peppers & onion. stir well for 5 mins
  4. Drain gnocchi, return to saucepan & add pasta sauce, stir well.
  5. Serve Gnocchi to plate, top with peppers, basil, onions. Sprinkle with parmesan chesse
