Take MEATBALLS………..
Get 1 Tin Tomatoes
Prepare 1/2 tsp diced fresh chillies
Get 2 Garlic cloves crushed
Prepare 1/2 tsp fresh green chilli diced and 1/2 tsp red chilli diced
Make ready 2 tbls chopped Sweet pepper
Take 2 tbls white wine
Make ready 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
Take 1 half a beef cube
Make ready 1 level tbls tomato puree

Mix all the ingredients together and then press into a firm lump. Preheat the oven on 180°C
Cut off enough to roll into a 2 inch size ball then squeeze tight and roll on a surface of sprinkled Flour
Heat up another stick pan add 1 tbls Chilli oil heat up then add the meatballs to the pan on half heat turning them around often until all around is slightly browned all over about 5 minutes.
Using a tray add some parchment paper and place the meatballs with a good gap inbetween for turning them around easier. Place in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes
Take the meatballs out of the oven drain off any oil then turn them around and add back to the oven for 10 - 15 minutes..check after 10
THE SAUCE… add the chilli oil to a frying pan and then add the onions fry gently for 1 minute. Then add the Garlic and Chilli pepper also the sweet peppers and fry on medium for 2 minutes.
Blend the tin of tomatoes so its thick sauce. Add it to the onions in the pan stir in.
Next add the tomato juice and the wine turn high to bubble for one minute stirring. Then add the chopped sweet peppers.
Add the Sriracha and the crushed beef cube. And stir
Next add the tomato puree and stir in simmer for 5 minutes then take off the heat and cover.
When the meatballs are done add to a serving dish and pour over the sauce. Enjoy on spaghetti or pastor rice.
