To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can cook fried tofu using 4 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Fried Tofu:
  1. Prepare 250 g tofu
  2. Take 1 eggs
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup flour
  4. Prepare 50 g breadcrumbs
Instructions to make Fried Tofu:
  1. Prepare plates with flour first, then egg and the third plate with breadcrumbs.
  2. Cut your Tofu block into 4 main blocks about 4cm long
  3. Set a pan and oil for deep frying on high heat
  4. Follow the plates sequence by dipping the tofu in flour first and coat all sides then egg and coat all sides and lastly breadcrumbs and coat all sides. Then into the hot oil.
  5. Deep fry until all sides turn brown. Let it cool and serve with Tonkatsu (BBQ) sauce or Ketchup.
