  2. Prepare Enough potatoes

  7. Take 2 bay leaves

  3. Drain and rinse the beans and throw them in now. Season to taste and simmer for another 5 mins. Serve with fresh bread

Add tender spring greens, mustard and garlic and serve with mashed potato, if you like. Return the sausages to the pan with the baked beans, heat through and season to taste. Spoon the mixture into a casserole dish. Thinly slice the potato and arrange them on top of the bean mixture, overlapping them. Saute chopped onion, bellpepper, celery, and garlic in the oil.
