  3. Simmer and stir for another 10 minutes. Add more stock if needed. Right at the end of cooking time, add butter and Parmesan. Stir until creamy. Serve with more Parmesan 😀😀😀

The sauteed apple has the texture of classic rice risotto. Whipped cream and rosemary sprigs complete the dish. To make the apple rings: Preheat the oven to lowest setting. Line a baking sheet with a silicone sheet. Peel the apples and cut off the tops and bottoms.
