The ingredients needed to make Seafood paella:
  1. Take 500 g Rice
  2. Prepare 250 ml seafood mix
  3. Get 250 ml shrimp
  4. Prepare 2 leftover hake fillets
  5. Get 4 garlic cloves
  6. Prepare 1 cube chicken stock
  7. Prepare 1 onion
  8. Make ready to fry Olive oil
  9. Take 5 ml turmeric

Steps to make Seafood paella:
  1. My preparation time was 45 minutes
  2. Boil your rice and add turmeric spice
  3. Finely chop onion and crush garlic and start to fry it in a wok pan or any large pan.
  4. Stir then add your chicken stock, and your dry ingredients let them cook just for few minutes.
  5. Check your rice then drain the water and let it cook for the last few minutes
  6. Then open your seafood mix and shrimps and add them to the onion mixture.
  7. Stir and let it sautee for a while
  8. Switch off your stove and put it aside.
  9. Fetch your leftover hake and add it over the shrimp and stir.
  10. Your shrimp, seafood, and fish hake, then add rice and stir the delicious food.
  11. Your paella is now ready it's cooked and ready to plated.
