The ingredients needed to make Quiche & Crust:
  1. Take 1/2 cup plain white flour
  2. Prepare 1/4 tsp baking powder
  3. Make ready 4 eggs (lightly beaten)

  6. Take 1 cup grated cheese
  7. Get 1 small onion (chopped)

  1. Shift flour and baking powder into large bowl
  2. Make a wall in the center & stir in combined eggs, milk and butter
  3. Add salmon or other meat (i usually use chicken or smoke beef), onion, cheese, salt, pepper, chives & vegetables
  4. Pour into greased 24cm (large) oven proof shallow dish
  5. Cook at 180 degree C for 45mins / till set, serve either hot or cold
