  1. Take a big cup.
  2. Oil it inside.
  3. Put all the ingredients in it and whisk well.

  5. Put the cup in a microwave and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Once out of the microwave, take a knife and delicately separate the Quiche from the cup.
  7. Turn it upside down on a plate, give it a few pats and viola its out. Mine did not have a great shape. Hopefully yours will. You can add any other ingredients of your choice to the mix.
