Boil the potatoes in a pan of boiling salted water until tender, drain and mash. Fish cakes with dill sauce on the table close-up. Collage with traditional polish dishes for christmas. Unlike typical Western-style fish cakes, they do not use flour or mashed potatoes to bind the fish.

  3. Coat with Breadcrumbs and fry in medium hot oil about 170℃ for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Collage with traditional polish dishes for christmas. Unlike typical Western-style fish cakes, they do not use flour or mashed potatoes to bind the fish. While this fish cake recipe is written for soup making, (if you don't like the deep fried fish cakes), you can use this for side dish making.
