  3. Pour in your risotto rice, and coat in the bacon and onion to absorb the flavours. Once fully coated, pour in your stock and bring your liquid to the boil. Once you have reached the boil, turn the heat down and allow to simmer, stirring regularly. The stock will soak into the rice.
  4. Once you think you are about 5 minutes from the end, add your peas and prawns and heat through.
