Instructions to make Tomato soup:
  1. Roughly chop 4 Tomatoes
  2. Heat up the wok (kadhai), add 3 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp ginger and 1 tbsp garlic
  3. Now add tomatoes and add 1 and 1/2 tbsp salt. Stir it well and cook it for couple of minutes
  4. Add 4 tbsp sugar to give soup a great sweet and sour taste and add 1/2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  5. Now add near about 2 and 1/2 cup of water (600ml) and cook it on medium flame for few minutes and put it off
  6. Now strain our the pulp of the tomato very well
  7. Add 2 tbsp corn flour in 20 ml water and add it in tomato soup slowly over time on medium flame to thicken it
  8. Garnish it with coriander and now its ready to serve with small pieces of paneer or soup rusk
