Take 4 medium tomatoes
Take 1 cup sweet corn

Keep everything with your reach first..
Tomatoes cut into four..chopped onion, garlic, basil and spring onion and keep aside.
Boil tomatoes for 5-6 mins with 1 and 1/2 cup water. When cool down then make a paste with that water along. Keep aside it.
In between boil corn with 1 cup water for 2-3 mins and keep aside with water.
Now in a pan, add 2 tsp olive oil, add chopped onion and garlic and fry untill it's get golden brown.
Add tomato puree along with corn with water and cook high flame. Add salt and black pepper. Add water as per you want consistency. Cook 7-8 mins total. Switch off flame add lemon juice, basil leaves and spring onion. Adjust with seasoning.
Serve hot with either slice bread toast or alone..
